This blog is the field-notes side of Union Delta LLC, a US-registered China-sourcing company. We publish what we learn on the ground so that US importers and Amazon FBA sellers can make better decisions about factories, freight and tariffs.
Who writes it
Sergey Beregovsky, founder of Union Delta. He has sourced hardware and consumer goods from Chinese factories since 2008, negotiates with suppliers directly in fluent Mandarin and still personally handles factory relationships. Union Delta LLC was founded in 2011; the company has a US office in Atlanta, Georgia and its own sourcing team and warehouse in Guangzhou, in the Pearl River Delta.
What we publish
- Sourcing — where to find factories (1688, Alibaba, Canton Fair), how to verify them and how to negotiate MOQ, samples and payment terms.
- Manufacturing — molds and tooling, PCBA and electronics, quality control before the goods ship.
- Shipping & Logistics — real DDP rates from China to the USA, air vs sea vs express, transit times, Amazon FBA delivery.
- Tariffs & Trade — Section 301, IEEPA refunds, de minimis changes and landed-cost math.
How we work
Every guide is written from real orders and real quotes, with numbers and dates. Articles are updated when the rules change; the date at the top of each post shows the last revision. We do not accept paid placements, and we take no commissions from factories — clients see the factory price and our service fee as two separate lines.
Need a factory quote? Send a product photo or link, the target quantity and where it needs to land — start a sourcing request or write to info@union-delta.com. More about the company: union-delta.com/about · contacts.
